Shipping Policy
For Local Delivery, we use the services of Courier Guy. You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped (along with your tracking number).
All orders are charged at R100.00 and included in Standard Delivery 1-4 working days.
Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
Conditions of Return:
Once your return is received by us at your courier cost, we will send you an email to notify receipt of your returned item.
If all in good order, your refund will be processed via EFT, within 14 days.
