Should a product you receive not be what you ordered, please e-mail me within 3 WORKING days of receipt of the order and I will (with a smile) arrange for a FULL exchange provided the item is returned, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are at the customer's expense.

We do not offer cash refunds but replace the goods.
