TLM.O is a marketplace which creates a platform for various vendors or makers to sell their products directly to end-users. TLM.O does not hold any stock, and is only responsible for providing an exchange platform between buyers and sellers. Therefore, all returns, exchanges and complaints regarding products must be directed to each vendor/maker from whom the products where purchased.

Each vendor/maker is responsible for their own Returns & Refund Policy, which can be found on their maker store pages. As maker’s products differ in nature, material, batch-size and manufacturing process, it is important to understand under which terms and conditions products are sold. For instance, a custom-made or limited-edition item cannot be exchanged. It is important to recognize the nature of the products sold on this platform is small-scale, hand-made and will be imperfect as they are most likely not produced at mass in a factory. This is also the charm and ads to the special nature of these product ranges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, the vendor/maker will send you an email to notify you that the vendor/maker has received your returned item. The vendor/maker will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days, if the maker has not yet been paid for the product. If the maker has been paid already, the refund will come directly from that maker, and TLM.O will reimburse the commission made on the sale to the maker.

Exchanging or Refunding Sale items (if applicable)

Whether or not a sale items can be refunded is stipulated in each maker’s store page terms and conditions. Generally, sale items are usually not refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping of Exchanged or Refunded Goods (if applicable)

Shoppers will be responsible for paying shipping costs in order to return items. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable, but dependent on the policy of each individual maker.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Tracking of a replacement item must be done by the individual maker.
