Follow this link if you have previously attended the physical Linden Market. You can register your TLM.O account and activate your monthly subscription as we already have information about you and your products.

 

Follow this link if you have not previously traded at the physical Linden Market. We need to know more about your business and your products. We will review your application and our team will get back to you within 5 business days regarding the outcome. Once you have received approval you can then register your TLM.O account and activate your monthly subscription

You must submit a Withdrawal request from your Vendor Dashboard before or on the 25th of the month for any amount due to you. The amount due to you will be displayed on the withdrawal request. You can also verify the amount due to you on your statement as well as on the order list from your store dashboard menu.

We calculate the amount due to you from all ‘completed’ orders 30 days after the order status has been changed to  ‘complete’ (successfully delivered to customer).

Payment will be made into the account that you specified in the Vendor Dashboard->Settings->Payment Settings when setting up your store.

Subscription fee: You will pay a R199 monthly Subscription Fee. (The initial subscription term is 36 months, but you can cancel the subscription at any point in time. Just sending a TLM.O Subscription Cancellation  email to support@thelindenmarketonline.co.za)

Commission fee: You will pay a 20% commission fee on any product sold.

How to Discover South Africa’s best local makers and creators.

Go to the TLM.O My-Account screen.

The ‘I am a Customer’ dial will be highlighted. You can click on the Privacy Policy and read more on how your personal data will be used throughout the TLM.O site. Follow the prompts, complete your email address and password. Thereafter, tap Register to create a new customer account on TLM.O.

You will receive a Welcome to TLM.O email providing your username.  You can access your account area to update your account details (name, surname), place and view orders, change your password and more.

If you have not received a confirmation email from TLM.O, check to make sure that it has not ended up in your spam or junk folder.

Registration is free, so once registered, you’ll be able to:-

  1. Add items to your favorites
  2. Browse the site by ‘Category’ or ‘All Stores’
  3. Use the Search function to find what you are looking for and
  4. Place and view orders
